Johnny’s history as an athlete dates back to his 12 years as a competitive basketball and football player in high school and college. Having worked exclusively with the strength and conditioning programs at both USC and UCLA, training collegiate and professional athletes of all sports, Johnny has learned from some of the very best in the industry.
